Inernet Optimizer has a much more creative approach to delivering advertisments or sponserd sites to the veiwer. This particular program patiently waits in your system until you attempt to load a site that is currently unavailable. Instead of getting the typical error message from a server of the site you just went to, Internet Optimizer redirects you through their own server to sponsered sites that pay them for “traffic” (you). Many people, unless they happen to look at their address bar, don’t even realize they were redirected.

If you suspect your computer may have Internet Optimizer installed in it, click here to download a free scan and 14 day trail of Webroot Spy Sweeper.
